Our pressed steel sectional doors are made from a superior coated steel known as ALUZINC ®
This durable product is roll-formed and pressed to create a natural looking “woodgrain” texture to increase strength, rigidity and beauty. The coating on ALUZINC® steel comprising of silicon, zinc and aluminium was developed after extensive research into improving the traditional performance of galvanised iron. These doors are extremely durable and require minimal maintenance. Optional vision windows (when available) in various designs can be fitted to suit your design choice.
Aluzinc is cold rolled galvanized steel with metal coating composed of 55% Aluminium, 43.4% Zinc and 1.6% Silicon. This corrosion-resistant protection is suitable for applications where long life is an essential requirement. It is formable, weldable and readily accepts paint finishes. Aluzinc coated steel has superior long term corrosion resistance in most atmospheric conditions. This is achieved through the combination of the sacrificial protection of the zinc and the barrier protection of the aluminium.
To make things even more exciting we offer a choice of 4 attractive standard colours and if this is not enough choice for you we can powder coat a white door in any standard available epoxy powder colour to suit your home.
